You'll have Direct T.V. --- you don't have to miss your favorite shows or sporting events and etc. A mobile phone will be provided for use with a twenty dollar card pre-installed. When this card has finished, it can be replenished by purchasing a phone card from us at Gardiners Auto Services. Cards are in dominations of 20, 50 and 75 dollars. Fax and email services are available in our office, just ask Pat, your friendly Sales person.
Transportation
The use of a jeep or car is included with your stay, so you can tour our "Beautiful by Nature" island. We will pick you up at the airport, take you to our office for the vehicle and payment and give you directions to your vacation home. Don't leave us without visiting the caves in Middle Caicos. There is a Ferry service to Middle Caicos on weekends. Enquire at our office for arrangements.
Other Information
Tap water is from rainwater caught on the roof. This water is contained in a tank under ground and conveyed through the household by an electric pump. It's safe to drink but if you prefer bottled or mineral water, it's available at the island's grocery stores or at Gardiners Auto Services. There is an automatic clothes washing machine available to you, located in the wash house on the side of the home. Water is a very precious commodity on North Caicos and we greatly appreciate your efforts to conserve usage.
Cleaning
The house will be cleaned before your arrival and after your stay. A housekeeping person is available for hire if you would like daily chores done during your stay.
